The NYSPI MRI Research program is has finalized the upgrade to the GE SIGNA Premier which has brought with it a host of new improvements, including but not limited to: increased gradient coil performance, native multiband sequence support from GE with online near realtime reconstruction, as well as a wider 70cm bore and a new 48-Channel High Resolution head imaging coil.
We are currently scheduling select studies for November, and new studies based on approval and need. Please contact Joe Figliolia for details.*
*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing MRI research data acquisition has been scaled down until further notice. We are currently operating on a limited basis, however scan time is available for groups who have been approved by the IRB to resume MRI Research.

MRI Technical Meetings
We continue to have technical meetings every other Monday afternoon, led by Dr. Gaurav Patel. Anyone is welcome to bring their technical issues to these meetings for help and troubleshooting. Please email Joe and we will put you on the agenda for the meeting (Joe.Figliolia@nyspi.columbia.edu).
During the initial phases of COVID-19 reactivation, all tech meetings will be held via WebEx. Link will be provided to all of those on the mailing list.
C3N Seminars aim to stimulate discussion about the translation of cognitive and computational neuroscience to clinical psychiatry. The seminars take place on Wednesdays at 3pm in the 6th floor Multipurpose Room of the NYSPI Pardes Building.*
