A Virtual Learning Workshop

Does filling out Twitter profile and learning to tweet seem overwhelming? Have you created a profile, posted a few tweets but are looking for ideas on how to increase engagement and connect with others?

Join the conversation at a virtual workshop July 29 at noon—Harnessing the Power of #AcademicTwitter—in which experts and colleagues will walk you through the ins and outs of the platform. We’ll share dos and don’ts as well as best practices for developing your voice, finding a supportive community, and building a following.

Twitter provides tremendous opportunities for the exchange of ideas with clinicians and researchers from around the world. It’s also a quick and easy way to build relationships with journalists, who are always on the lookout for go-to sources.

Whether you have no experience with Twitter, are a sporadic tweeter, or a regular user who wants to increase your impact, you’ll take away valuable tips to improve your Twitter experience.
