Wellbeing in the Healthcare Workforce: Prioritizing Mental Health and Reducing Stigma

In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, CopeColumbia welcomes you to a presentation designed to support the culture change and action needed for destigmatizing mental health at our Medical Center.
 
The keynote speaker will be Dr. Arthur Hengerer, Chair of the Workgroup on Physician Wellbeing and Burnout at the Federation of State Medical Boards. Dr. Hengerer has been an instrumental leader for policy change to remove barriers for licensure and practice for clinicians who access mental health treatment. Dr. Hengerer will share his personal story, which grounds his ongoing professional mission to combat burnout and support the wellbeing of our healthcare workforce.
