Center for Homelessness Prevention Grand Rounds

The Columbia-Harlem Homeless Medical Partnership (CHHMP) is a newly created, student-run free clinic, serving the community of West Harlem. This talk will describe the establishment of the clinic?s unique model, present data from the recently-completed 6-month pilot phase, and discuss the next stages of operations.

Carl Erik Fisher is an M.D. candidate, class of ?09, at the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University. Currently on a one-year hiatus before his 4th year of coursework, he is working as a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellow in the New York State Psychiatric Institute.
